Soffit and Fascia

Soffit and fascia play a crucial role in protecting your home while giving it a clean, finished look. Properly installed soffit allows your attic to breathe by improving ventilation, helping prevent moisture buildup, mold, and ice damming. Fascia supports your eavestrough system and protects the roof edges from water damage, pests, and rot.

From aluminum and vented soffits to custom fascia finishes, we focus on long-lasting performance, clean lines, and attention to detail. Our workmanship not only enhances curb appeal but also protects your investment and reduces future maintenance costs.

What is soffit and fascia?

To visualize these, look at the edge of your roof:

  • Fascia: This is the long, horizontal board that runs along the edge of your roof. It’s what your gutters are attached to. It acts as the "face" of your roof's edge, protecting the wooden rafters from the elements.

  • Soffit: This is the material installed underneath the eaves (the overhang). If you stand next to your house and look straight up at the roof overhang, you are looking at the soffit.
